Professional background

For over 12 years, I’ve worked in roles where structured thinking and execution were essential.

My experience spans SaaS and e-commerce products, project and product operations, business development and partner programs, and cross-functional, remote teams.

I hold a Master’s degree in Economics and professional certifications in:

  • Project Management

  • Digital Marketing

  • Agile methodologies

  • Managing as a Coach (UC Davis, 2025).

Why coaching

Over time, working closely with capable professionals, I saw how often people were expected to perform, decide, and lead without having enough space to think clearly.

Coaching became a way to intentionally create that space — structured, focused, and grounded in real constraints rather than theory or motivation.

How I work

My coaching style is structured, calm, and practical.

Sessions are focused 60-minute conversations designed to help you slow down thinking, clarify what matters now, and decide on next steps that are realistic and sustainable.

As a bonus, every session includes a written summary, so insights and decisions are captured and carried forward beyond the conversation.

Continuing the work

You can continue with a 5- or 10-session program for deeper, ongoing work.

The structure is clear, the pace is intentional, and there’s no pressure to commit beyond what feels useful.

First meeting

We usually begin with a 1 hr long clarity session to understand your situation and identify what matters most right now.
